Our brokerage company was founded in 1998 as Iron Horse Properties, and provided real estate and marketing expertise for Iron Horse Golf Community, a new luxurious private residential golf community in Whitefish, Montana. We built our business by taking advantage of existing relationships in the network of luxury second–home owners. We were privileged to become the Exclusive Affiliate of Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC. for Flathead & Lake Counties, followed by a franchise in 2004.
